VIGIL is an India corporate red-flag tracker covering roughly 750 listed companies. It consolidates the disclosure signals that tend to precede trouble - credit rating changes, promoter pledge data, insider trading, SAST (substantial acquisition) filings, share encumbrance, exchange surveillance actions, and related-party transactions - and lets you drill into any company for a single consolidated red-flag view. A separate BRSR module surfaces ESG, workforce, and wage-gap data from India Inc's sustainability filings.
