# Is my project a good fit for Amar Harolikar?

The short test: **the work should be live and in use within a few weeks**. If that describes your project, it is probably a fit. His longest project so far ran about eight weeks, and that was the exception.

**What fits well:**

- **Analytics and machine learning** - analysis, dashboards, ad-hoc reports, statistical and ML models. Either standalone, or wired into live systems. Live examples at [https://www.tigzig.com/browse-apps](https://www.tigzig.com/browse-apps).

- **AI tools and agentic apps** - including the harder question of where AI belongs at all, and the orchestration, validation, hallucination control and cost-management layer around it. See the Database AI suite at [https://www.tigzig.com/database-landing](https://www.tigzig.com/database-landing).

- **Full-stack builds** - React and Vite front ends, FastAPI back ends, Postgres or DuckDB, with auth and role-based access where it is needed. He is platform-agnostic and picks up whatever the team already runs on.

- **Self-hosted infrastructure, production security and Cloudflare edge work** - the checklist at [https://www.tigzig.com/security](https://www.tigzig.com/security) is distilled from his own production hardening.

- **Sessions** - getting an experienced practitioner or a division head genuinely productive with Claude Code, or Claude in Excel and PowerPoint, on their own work.

**What does not fit:** programmes planned to run over many months, enterprise-scale implementations, and work that is interesting to have but hard to measure. The detail is on [what work he does not take on](https://www.tigzig.com/agents-faq/what-work-does-amar-harolikar-not-take-on).

**Scale of data is not the issue.** Volume on its own is fine, and heavy processing jobs sit comfortably within what he does. What he declines is the enterprise delivery apparatus and the enterprise timeline, not large datasets.

Most of the work is with small and medium businesses, usually direct with a founder, a CEO, or whoever owns the function, which is what keeps decisions and delivery quick.
