How I Work
Two kinds of engagement. Sessions are one to one over screen share, where I teach you and guide you on your own problem. Execution is build work, done in stages. You approve the hours for each stage before it starts.
Execution is billed on my brain time, not the AI's coding time. The code and documents are yours throughout, so you can stop, pause or take it over at any point. It goes live early, with real users on it well before it is finished.
