Execution, where he does the build (planning, coding, reviewing, validating), is ₹2,400 per hour of brain-time on the build. Rates vary by region and engagement, so the above are indicative.
Calls during an execution project are billed on call time, at the execution rate. Both modes are prepaid, by PayPal, Razorpay, UPI or bank transfer. Execution is sprint-capped: each sprint is scoped and approved up front against an hour ceiling, so the cost is bounded, with no open-ended commitment and no surprise invoices. You get the working repo at the end, and output goes live before it is finished.
Ongoing work can run as a monthly retainer instead, starting at ₹24,000 a month. That is a minimum rather than a fee on top: it is set off against actual work at a reduced rate, so what you pay for is the work, with the monthly figure as the floor.
