The API Is Not the Only Way In. Download the Whole India Mutual Fund NAV Database from the App, or Pick Just the Funds You Want.
Published: September 5, 2026
The Tigzig MF API is not the only way to access the NAV data for India mutual funds .. you can simply go to the app site and download the whole database manually .. or just pull NAVs for the funds that you want.
The full database, every NAV since April 2006, about 37 million rows. Parquet is 169 MB, CSV and TSV are 219 MB gzipped, and there is a SQLite option too.
There is a latest snapshot file also, which doubles as a scheme master, one row per scheme for all 38,000-odd of them, 22 columns covering code, both ISINs, name, AMC, category, plan, option, dates, the latest NAV and the latest quarterly AAUM. That one is 1.1 MB zipped, so it is a quicker way to refresh a fund list.
Or pick your own funds, up to 20 at a time, with a period selector. Useful when you want a handful of histories and not the universe.
The status page shows the pipeline update status and last refreshed timestamp, and also a brief note on how the pipeline works.
