FSB Just Published 50 Pages on Private Credit. The Title: "Vulnerabilities in Private Credit." Worth Reading.

Published: June 1, 2026

Just published... and worth your time. The Financial Stability Board's major report dedicated to private credit. 50 pages. "Vulnerabilities in Private Credit." ...yupp.. that's the actual title.

The body that coordinates the world's financial regulators - Fed, ECB, BoE and the rest - putting on the record what they're collectively worried about - layered leverage, opaque valuations, PE-owned insurers, interconnections and instrument risks that aren't fully understood.

...and a potential for systemic risk to financial system in case of stress scenarios.

Worth reading the actual document. Starts right from explaining what private credit is and how it works.
