Trump's 2025 annual financial disclosure: all 28,007 records, extracted and searchable
Published: July 11, 2026
On June 30, 2026 the U.S. Office of Government Ethics certified and released President Trump's annual public financial disclosure for calendar year 2025, and it is a 927-page document. I have extracted the entire filing into a structured, searchable, downloadable dataset and added it to the Trump Trades tool on tigzig, so alongside the periodic trade reports the tool already carried, you now get dashboards, a company rollup with tickers, the trades plotted on the S&P 500, full table viewers for every part of the filing, per-table CSV downloads and the whole thing as one JSON.
This is a release post rather than an analysis. I am setting out what the filing is, how it differs from the trade reports, how the data was extracted and validated, and what is in it, with the top items from each section so you know what you are getting. The data is all on the tool and you can sort it, filter it and download it yourself. The analysis will come later.
If you want to go straight to the tool: tigzig.com → Tremor → Trump, then the Annual 2025 tab.
Two kinds of disclosure, now in one place
The tool now covers both kinds of presidential financial disclosure, with a landing page that explains the difference.
Trade Reports (OGE Form 278-T) are the ongoing trade-by-trade filings, submitted within 30 to 45 days of each trade. They are fast but narrow, covering securities trades only. There are 15 filings so far, with 5,368 transactions and roughly $1.23 billion of midpoint volume.
The Annual Disclosure (OGE Form 278e) is the once-a-year statement of everything: all assets and the income they produced, which covers the businesses, the golf clubs, the crypto ventures and the licensing deals, plus the year's trades, liabilities, gifts and spouse assets, so it is slow but it is complete.
One thing most people do not know
The annual report's transaction section does not repeat trades that were already disclosed on the 278-T trade reports. OGE rules allow that omission and this filing uses it. So the 21,285 trades in the annual are trades the public had not seen before, mostly from the managed stock accounts, while the municipal and corporate bond trades are only in the 278-Ts. Neither document alone is the full 2025 trading record, the union of the two is. I checked this empirically and the two transaction sets are essentially disjoint, and the filing's own cover notes that late filing fees were paid for transactions not previously reported on 278-Ts.
What was extracted: 28,007 records
The full filing comes to 28,007 extracted records across eight tables:
- Transactions (Part 7): 21,285
- Holdings (Part 6): 6,181
- Business entities (Part 2, Schedule 1): 501
- Liabilities (Part 8): 11
- Gifts (Part 9): 11
- Spouse assets and income (Part 5): 11
- Positions (Part 1): 4
- Agreements (Part 3): 3
This excludes the 54-page Exhibit A trademark schedule, which is not structured data, and Part 4, which was filed as not applicable.
The transactions: 21,285 trades across 8 managed accounts
The year's trading breaks up as 15,524 purchases against 5,761 sales, with midpoint volume of roughly $942 million bought against $286 million sold, so the accounts were net buyers all year. The trades sit across 8 managed investment accounts, and the spread is uneven, Account 7 alone holds 10,311 trades, Account 8 has 3,972, Account 6 has 2,130 and Account 1 has 1,757. In all, 2,148 distinct securities were traded, and the trade sizes are small and systematic, 51% of all trades are in the smallest disclosure band of $1,001 to $15,000 and 83% are under $50,000, which is the pattern of professionally managed direct-indexing and diversified accounts rather than of concentrated stock picking. The trades happened on 142 trading days, including net buying near the bottom of the April 2025 drawdown, which you can see on the "vs S&P 500" chart on the tool.
The top securities by gross midpoint volume, with tickers consolidated, are Microsoft with 84 trades and roughly $43.7 million bought against $1.7 million sold, NVIDIA with 65 trades and $42.0 million bought, Apple with 71 trades and $41.4 million bought, Amazon with 74 trades and $21.6 million bought, and Alphabet with 93 trades and $18.5 million bought. By trade count the order changes to Alphabet 93, Meta 86, Microsoft 84, Amazon 74 and Apple 71. Money-market sweep lines were excluded from this list because they are cash management rather than stock picks.
Business income: exact dollars, as filed
97 business lines in the filing disclose exact dollar income, totaling $2.16 billion. The largest are Celebration Coins royalties at $635,068,835, World Liberty Financial token sales at $526.8 million across the token-sale lines, which is a main line of $236.25 million plus per-wallet distributions of $150.6 million in ETH, $56.0 million in USDC, $42.3 million in USD and $33.5 million in BTC with the rest smaller, the stablecoin-related DT Marks SC LLC at $196.9 million, Trump Endeavor 12, which is the Doral golf resort, at $121.9 million, the Mar-a-Lago Club at $77.5 million, and a WLF Holdco equity sale at $65.6 million.
Also in the exact-dollar lines: litigation settlements totaling $86.5 million, which breaks up as $8 million from Twitter/X, $16 million from ABC, $16 million from CBS, $24.5 million from Meta and $22 million from YouTube. Melania Trump's entities separately disclose $17.2 million of exact license proceeds in Part 5, which is $10.71 million from the film, $6.01 million from NFTs and $0.52 million from the book.
One note on the crypto items: press coverage generally aggregates them to roughly $1.4 billion of total crypto income, while the tool lists each line as it was filed rather than as one combined number.
Holdings, liabilities and gifts
The 6,181 holdings lines carry a total midpoint value of about $1.86 billion across the 8 investment accounts plus the revocable trust, a family trust and direct holdings, heavy in municipal bonds and blue-chip equities. The revocable trust holds a ladder of brokerage money-market accounts, including two reported at "Over $50,000,000" each, and the direct holdings include a line that reads "INVESTMENT IN GOLD BARS", in the $500,000 to $1 million band.
The liabilities table has 11 lines, including the two E. Jean Carroll judgments, one of them over $50 million, stayed pending appeal and bonded, the New York AG judgment noted as overturned on appeal, a Charles Schwab pledged asset line of over $50 million opened in 2025, and several mortgages, three of which are marked paid off in 2025. The gifts table has 11 gifts totaling $372,050, mostly event tickets, Super Bowl, FIFA World Cup Final, Ryder Cup, UFC, plus a $250,000 sculpture.
The midpoint convention
Securities values and trade amounts are disclosed as ranges, that is how the OGE form is designed, so every dollar total above that involves securities uses the midpoint of each range, and the open-ended "Over $X" ranges use the lower bound. Treat those totals as approximations. The business income figures are different, they are exact dollar amounts as filed.
How the data was pulled and validated
The published PDF is a native digital document rather than a scan, which allowed character-exact extraction. Before publishing, the dataset went through four controls. Two independent extraction methods, using two unrelated parsing engines, were reconciled field by field across every row, and the final dataset required 100% agreement between them. Completeness gates were applied, the filing numbers its own rows, so I verified that every numbered sequence is complete with no missing or duplicated rows, and that every amount, type and date comes from the official OGE vocabulary. Independent AI vision cross-reads were run on sampled pages and on the full business-entity schedule, blind to the dataset, and every disagreement was adjudicated against a high-resolution image of the printed page, with all substantive disagreements resolving in favor of the deterministic extraction and zero extraction errors found. And external tallies were checked, aggregates computed from the data match independently reported figures, including exact-dollar matches on the largest income items, such as the $635,068,835 Celebration Coins royalty that was widely reported as $635 million.
Filing quirks are preserved as filed, so you will see inconsistent capitalization, the occasional typo, and names truncated by the filer's own formatting, because the dataset reproduces the document rather than cleaning it up.
One thing to say plainly. OGE publishes the filing as a PDF, no machine-readable version is part of the public posting, so everything here is parsed from that certified PDF, and for all the controls above this dataset is a best-effort reproduction of a 927-page government document rather than the document itself. The authoritative record is the OGE filing, the source PDF is one click away on the tool, and if you find anything that does not match the filing, contact details are on the site, I will check it against the source and correct it. The full methodology and accuracy note, in more detail than here, is on the About & Validation tab of the tool.
What is on the tool
The Overview landing page explains the two filing types side by side. The Annual 2025 section has an At a glance dashboard, a Companies tab with the ticker rollup, a vs S&P 500 tab that puts all 142 trading days on the index chart and lets you click a day to see its trades, full table viewers with search, filters, sorting and pagination for Transactions, Holdings and Business & Income, a Liabilities & Gifts tab, a Data tab with the record counts, per-table CSVs, the full JSON and the source PDF, and an About & Validation tab that sets out the methodology in plain language. Everything is downloadable, and what you download is exactly what you see on the screen.
One point on the ticker matching, because the filing writes security names as free text, with inconsistent spellings and names truncated by the filer's own formatting, so the same stock can appear under several variants. Those variants are normalized and matched to tickers, 99.5% of trades are matched and the rest are classified as funds, money market or preferred. Every match carries a confidence rating, shown as its own column on the Companies tab, and anything that cannot be matched at high confidence is labeled rather than forced, so you can filter out or discount the softer matches. You can also click any company to see the as-filed name variants behind it. The full confidence scheme is on the About & Validation tab.
